The GSM based pressure transducer is suitable for measurement of liquid or gas pressure, even for difficult media such as contaminated water, steam, and mildly corrosive fluids. The transducer pressure cavity is machined from a solid piece of 17-4PH stainless steel. The standard version includes a 1/4 NPT pipe thread allowing a leak-proof, all metal sealed system. The sensor sends data over MQTT using GSM 2G Technology.

MODBUS based Fan Controller for Fan monitoring

For a large Fan manufacturing company based out of Germany, EasyReach built a Modbus controller that could controll multiple fans over RS485 and integrate with SCADA over RS232. The system comprised of EC Motor based Fan and EasyReach Controller was deployed at an Automobile manufacturer. The deployment reduced 70% of energy bill for Automobile manufacturer.

LoRa based Temperature Sensor

LoRa Temperature Sensor, senses Temperature of equipment and sends data to LoRaWAN Gateway. The sensor implements LoRa Class A protocol. It also provides battery life of 5 Years based on the configuration. Primarily used in areas where there is requirement to measure high temperature of pipelines. OPC Integration for a Welding Machine OEM

EasyReach worked with a Welding Machine OEM to build a OPC connector to MySQL. Data read from multiple Welding machines simultaneously with a high frequency – approximately ~100 milli second data rate. Data was written in MySQL at a high speed. Important tags such as Job Number, Current, Voltage, Power, Working Hours, Part Item Number, Part Serial Number, Seam Number were read by the system and were stored in database for further analysis.
