Welcome to Easyreach Solutions Pvt Ltd. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our IoT refrigeration temperature monitoring platform and its associated automated WhatsApp notification delivery alert system (the “Service”).
By activating or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
Our Service tracks real-time temperature metrics from your connected commercial refrigerator hardware and distributes automated transactional high-temperature warning alerts via the WhatsApp Business Platform to designated store personnel numbers.
2. User Responsibilities & Message Consent
- Authorized Numbers: You must only provide mobile phone numbers belonging to authorized employees or store managers who have explicitly consented to receive operational system alerts.
- Data Accuracy: You are responsible for maintaining up-to-date and accurate contact records within our platform database to avoid routing message payloads to wrong recipients.
- Device Connectivity: You acknowledge that receiving alerts depends on the destination mobile device maintaining active network connectivity and a functioning WhatsApp application installation.
3. Messaging Rates & Meta Compliance
- Carrier Fees: Standard network data and text messaging carrier rates may apply based on the user’s mobile plan.
- Acceptable Use: You agree not to reply to our automated alert webhooks with malicious strings, spam, automated script loops, or contents that violate the official Meta WhatsApp Business Terms of Service.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
- Operational Utility: Our Service provides automated real-time equipment warning indicators. However, it should not be treated as your store’s sole redundant safety baseline.
- No Spoilage Liability: We make no absolute delivery guarantees regarding instantaneous delivery times or network uptime. We explicitly disclaim any liability for commercial retail inventory spoilage, financial losses, or hardware damage resulting from missed alerts, network latency, or delivery failures originating within third-party telecom channels or Meta infrastructure.
5. Termination & Opt-Out
You can deactivate the automated notification engine framework for specific store branch personnel at any point by configuring your client administrative account settings panel or by replying to any alert string with the keyword “STOP”.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India & Maharashtra, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
