EasyReach Beacon Accelero Tag
Overview:
The EasyReach Accelero Tag is a compact Machine-motion detector. It combines BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) connectivity with an integrated Acceleration Sensor designed to capture machine movement.
This wireless accelerometer can be easily attach on machines, allowing businesses to monitor machine activity, detect vibration, and support machine cycle counting without complex wiring. Simply attach the beacon sensor to the machines and monitor the collected motion data through a compatible mobile application, such as nRF Connect or the ER Bridge application.
How Does It Work?
The built-in acceleration sensor detects changes in machine movement. The detected acceleration is compared with the configured motion threshold to identify a motion event.
Machine Movement → Acceleration Detection (Vibration)→ Threshold Check → Motion Data
The tag can be configured and calibrated according to the machine’s vibration during operation.
